Japan’s KDDI to develop cellphone software with Toshiba, Qulacomm

Japan’s telecom operator KDDI will jointly develop cellphone software with Toshiba Corp, Sanyo Electric Co. and Qualcomm Inc. in hopes of slashing hefty development costs.
