Virgin Mobile has launched the Kyocera Oyster, an entry-level handset with a pearl white exterior. The Oyster continues a recent trend of phones taking on real names (LG Chocolate, Sanyo Katana, Kyocera Strobe, etc) instead of more cryptic product codes that were the industry norm.
Features of the Kyocera Oyster include:
* 128×128 65k color screen
* Speakerphone
* Real music ringtones
Virgin Mobile is charging $29.99 for the Oyster, no contract is required. It’s available now either online or in retail stores such as BestBuy and Target.
