3Sixty Systems Adds IP Telephony Service to CRM Suite

3Sixty Systems, the CRM and software development company, has joined forces with managed services provider InTechnology to offer 3SLive customers access to InTechnologys IP Voice Connect hosted IP telephony (VOIP) service. The partnership today announces its first customer, with law firm Robin Simon LLP registering over 100 users in 4 UK locations to the service.

3Sixty has itself been a user of InTechnologys managed network services for a number of years and was keen to integrate its web-based 3SLive product with an IP telephony solution specifically targeted at small to medium-sized businesses. Its portfolio of customers in the retail and financial/professional services sectors will be able to access a feature-rich service which includes call logging, diary synchronisation and high levels of call visibility.

InTechnology currently hosts the 3SLive platform in its data centres, meaning customers of the new IP telephony service can be up and running seamlessly in a matter of minutes. Being an offsite hosted service, customers also benefit from reduced risks and greater flexibility. The service is charged on a per user, per month basis offering minimal start-up costs for prospective customers of all sizes.
