AT&T Inc. has won a two-year contract to provide a Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) capable network for a Kansas City-based architecture and engineering firm.

San Antonio-based AT&T was tapped by Bucher, Willis & Ratliff Corp. to provide its firm with a secure VoIP network that will connect its headquarters with its six other locations across the United States. Under the terms of the contract, AT&T will serve as the primary network and data services provider to BWR using its multiprotocol label switching private network transport service.

The service will allow BWR to utilize VoIP technologies and will have the flexibility to support future growth and expansion for more advanced high-bandwidth applications.

AT&T is one of the largest telecommunications holding company in the world and the largest in the United States.
