FrontRange Marries CRM to VoIP
March 1st, 2006 - Posted in VoIPFrontRange Solutions Inc has launched GoldMine IP Voice Suite, which brings CRM and VoIP technology together in an integrated customer interaction package based around its GoldMine CRM application.
The solution integrates GoldMine Corporate Edition with FrontRange IP Office, its software-based IP telephony system that includes unified messaging, auto attendant, inbound, and outbound productivity applications. Although FrontRange is not the first to converge CRM and IP telephony, with Cisco Systems and Microsoft having already partnered to provide for the SMB market, it is an early mover and is also the first vendor to deliver a single-vendor package.
