NationwideCash Chooses VoIP, Inc.’s Click-to-Call Technology To Enhance Customer Experience at Leading Payday Loan Provider
December 27th, 2006 - Posted in VoIPVoiceOne(TM) Communications, LLC, a subsidiary of VoIP, Inc., announced that it is providing its patented Click-to-Call technology to power NationwideCash, Inc.’s online customer communications. Nationwidecash.com, a leading provider of payday loans, will now be able to increase inbound call traffic, enhance the customer experience through improved interaction with its clients and improve e-commerce results by allowing consumers to click on one of the icons placed on the nationwidecash.com web site and immediately receive a call from a customer service operator who will respond to their inquiry. VoiceOne will receive a fee each time a user clicks on the icon.
“After seeing VoiceOne’s Click-to-Call technology utilized by Google on its new Google Maps platform, we began to appreciate the impact that this could have on our business,” said Larry Frascella, President of Nationwide Cash, Inc. “By using Click to Call, we are able to fill a void in e-commerce today - human interaction. In order to operate our business we need to collect our clients’ most personal information. All the security certificates in the world can’t create the trust that is built when one person talks to another. Click to Call allows us to incorporate personal contact without sacrificing efficiency. I firmly believe that this will prove the most important “call to action” tool available for internet merchants for years to come. We were impressed that VoiceOne was able to seamlessly integrate the Click-to-Call technology on our web site in less than 24 hours.”
VoiceOne is steadily building its base of commercial customers for its Click-to-Call technology. Recently, the Company announced its technology was being used in promotional campaigns for the new season of “America’s Next Top Model”, a “Snakes on a Plane” phone campaign that featured the voice of Samuel L. Jackson, a personalized phone and e-mail messages from NBC’s 30 Rock’s Alec Baldwin and a nationwide campaign by the NFL Network.
“NationwideCash has been the latest company to integrate Click-to-Call as a key component of its e-commerce strategy,” said Shawn Lewis, VoIP, Inc.’s Chief Technology Officer. “In an increasingly competitive marketplace, Click-to-Call provides merchants with an important advantage, as it efficiently drives traffic, improves sales and enhances the overall customer experience.”
