Sigma Systems Joins Level 3 Communications ‘3′VoIP’SM’ Technology Alliance Program ‘TAP’

As communication service providers look to rollout Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services, they utilize voice and networking services of companies like Level 3 as important components of their offering. With its focus on interoperability testing, the (3)VoIP TAP program helps customers avoid many of the potential technology hurdles involved with a VoIP implementation. Together Sigma and Level 3 have developed an e-bonding solution to automate the telephony provisioning and activation processes for service providers.
