Vodavi enters partnership for VoIP sales

As part of the agreement, Speakeasy will market Vodavi’s 6800 Series IP Terminals in conjunction with its Business VoIP solution aimed at small business customers seeking a single provider for communications needs.
VoIP stands for voice over Internet protocol, and is becoming an increasingly popular option for voice and data connectivity with both consumers and businesses.
Company officials say the Speakeasy Business VoIP offers the benefits of a sophisticated PBX phone system without having to invest in complex and expensive on-site hardware.
Financial terms of the deal were not released.
Seattle-based Speakeasy is an independent broadband services company. Phoenix-based Vodavi Technology Inc. (NASDAQ:VTEK) is a provider of traditional and next-generation business telecommunications solutions.
