VoIP-PAL Welcomes Changes
October 28th, 2006 - Posted in VoIPVoIP-PAL.COM Inc., a broadband VoIP telecom company offering local and long distance VoIP services, is in the throes of a series of changes including a new name and corporate representation. For starters, in an effort to more accurately reflect its business activities, VoIP-PAL has announced a shift in its business to a transactional, VoIP/loyalty pay plan company. The company has recently completed its restructuring process with its new name, cusip and call sign.
VoIP-PAL.COM has also appointed Jerry Philip, former vice president and co-founder of Points.com to direct the company’s marketing efforts of its VoIP-PAL transactional platform for VoIP products and long distance discount plans. “With the vast market available to VoIP-PAL in the points and air mile loyalty industry, I am very excited about the opportunity to co-develop the transactional platforms with VoIP-PAL Inc.,” says Philip.
Philip anticipates that the move to open VoIP-PAL’s platform to many companies will allow VPLM to have access to millions of potential transactions in the VoIP business instead of limiting to just one provider and one product line.
“By offering the general public an alternative to using cash to pay for their VoIP long distance and by opening this alternative platform up to many providers to partner with VoIP-PAL, we have created a significant business/revenue opportunity for VoIP-PAL.com,†says Richard Kipping, CEO, VoIP-PAL.com.
